Corcoran Law & Mediation Centre Are Legal Aid Alberta (LAA) Roster Lawyers

Corcoran Law is committed to access to justice and as such, we are LAA roster lawyers.

If you qualify, LAA can provide you coverage on a number of legal matters at a significantly reduced hourly rate. Contact LAA as soon as possible to determine whether you qualify for coverage.

If you qualify, you may request to have Gagan Sangha or Timothy J. Corcoran noted as your counsel of preference. If need be, our office can assist with calling LAA to determine if you qualify for coverage. If you qualify, you will not be required to provide our office with a retainer as LAA will send our office a Certificate to complete your work.

Please note, that Legal Aid coverage is limited and may not cover family property matters. Legal Aid is not free. You are required to enter into an agreement to repay your legal fees owed to LAA.

Finally, if you qualify for Legal Aid, rest assured that you will receive the same quality of legal service, as if you had retained our office privately.
